PROCESS:
Cognito Brands, Inc. utilizes an advanced form of dye sublimation to create vibrant images on our fabric to faithfully recreate our artists' work on our garments. This unique printing process uses none of the water or toxic chemicals normally consumed in conventional textile coloring. The process leaves no toxic chemical residue to wash out and preserves the performance features of the garment. The care we take allows us to produce our visually stunning graphics AND have an environmentally friendly story to tell.
FABRICS:
All of our fabrics meet the highest performance standards. Our fleeces are 4-way stretch polyester/Spandex combinations with non-pill faces and velour backings providing the most comfortable feel ever. Our lightweight sun-protective fabrics are 85% polyester/15% Spandex and offer a UPF50 sun protective rating. All are produced in state-of-the-art textile mills to insure the highest quality.
STYLES:

Each item we make offers well-thought out features that maximize your pleasure in wearing our gear. For example:
1/4 Zip Hoodies utilize a heavyweight hydrophobic/wind resistant 4-way stretch fabric (FlexShield) that will shield you from the elements. This is a poly-cotton-nylon that is designed for comfort. It will withstand about 30 minutes of downpour before wetting out. In addition, we have added side seam pockets for warm hands, a zippered chest pocket for your phone, and articulated shoulders for enhanced layering and movement.
SunPro Hoodies at 150 grams/yard are so light that you will hardly know you have them on. This UPF50 material breathes and stretches. Best of all, the SunPro Hoodies have a patented built-in neck gaiter for sun, wind, insect, and Covid protection. Thumb-hole cuffs finish off these incredible shirts.
All-Sport Leggings feature 28% Spandex for unbelievable stretch and comfort. Flat-lock stitching means no rubbing or discomfort on seams. We include a waist band pocket for keys, drivers licenses, or credit cards when out on a quick jog.
